What our employees think

"I started with Professional Equities, Inc. at 19 as a temporary leasing consultant. They've trained me well, promoted me several times, and supported me as my career and family have grown. Nine years later, my husband and I have three kids with one on the way, and I'm an area manager; this company takes excellent care of its employees."

Krista Jenning

Area Manager

"Previously, I worked in the banking and financial service industry. Sometimes I felt like I was just a number at those large corporate companies. PE is a smaller local company that provides growth opportunities for those that want to advance. After 16 years, I'm still enjoying a rewarding job with them."

Paul Gerson

Director of Golf Operations, Landings at Spirit Golf Club

"Sixteen years ago, I applied to work for Professional Equities Inc. I wasn't sure what to expect since this was a complete career change for me. Thankfully, they trained me well, and my confidence grew to the point where I ran my own property. They've been good to me, and I plan on being here for many more years to come."

Robert Bradbury

Maintenance Supervisor

"PEI is has been a great place to work. They're family-oriented, allow for real work-life balance, and have helped me grow in my career. Their pay is competitive, the 401K, flex spending account, and continuing education opportunities prove the company values its employees. Plus, you'll have awesome co-workers, and your birthday is a paid time-off! "

Eileen Drayton

Assistant Manager

"I have worked in the golf course management industry for 25 years, but only 4 of them have been with PEI. I love that they give clear expectations but let me do my job without being micro-managed. Professional Equities has been so better for my state of mind and well-being."

Steve Swarringin

Superintendent, Landings at Spirit Golf Club
