He oversees the North County portfolio maintenance team, providing strategic direction, technical oversight, and hands-on support across multiple communities to ensure consistent standards of property condition, safety, and operational efficiency.
Robert holds an EPA Certification and a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAM-T) designation from the National Apartment Association, reflecting his advanced technical expertise and commitment to industry best practices. His responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance programs, supervising maintenance supervisors and technicians, managing vendor relationships, and supporting capital projects and major repairs. His knowledge spans HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, unit renovations, and emergency response.
