Justin Dunlap

In 2023, Justin Dunlap assumed the role of Executive CPM and General Manager at Professional Equities Inc. (PEI), following a successful rise through the company's ranks since 2016. In this capacity, he oversees all day-to-day operations of PEI’s diverse portfolio, which includes multi-family communities, golf courses, and self-storage facilities. Real estate management is a multifaceted profession requiring a combination of leadership, technical expertise, financial acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

With 19 years of extensive experience in real estate management, Justin has successfully managed portfolios of varying sizes and complexities, including residential properties, commercial spaces, industrial, warehouses, and retail environments.

Justin is the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri, holding credentials from the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance Division of Professional Registration and the Missouri Real Estate Commission.

Among his professional certifications, Justin is a Certified Apartment Manager and a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, both conferred by the National Apartment Association. In 2026, Justin Dunlap plans to pursue a Missouri and Illinois real estate broker's license..
A proud son of a 20-year Navy veteran, Justin carries a strong sense of dedication and discipline into his professional life. He is an active member of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®, the St. Louis Apartment Association (SLAA), the National Apartment Association (NAA), Institute Affiliate member with the National Association of REALTORS®,  Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Institute of Real Estate Management St. Louis Chapter.

Justin is the current 2026 Outreach Director with the St. Louis chapter for IREM.
