Joseph Abousharkh is the Onsite Property Manager of Kendelwood Place Apartments and has served in this role with Professional Equities Inc. since 2022. He oversees the daily operations of this HUD Project-Based Section 8 affordable housing community, ensuring strict compliance with HUD regulations while maintaining high operational and resident service standards.
Joseph brings extensive experience in affordable housing management, including HUD administration, staff supervision, vendor coordination, resident relations, and financial and operational oversight. He is well-versed in HUD Secure Systems, including TRACS, HAP, and EIV, and consistently ensures accurate documentation, timely reporting, and regulatory compliance.
He holds a HUD Compliance Certificate from Zeffert and Associates and is actively pursuing his Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and industry best practices.
