Felicia Williams has been a dedicated member of Professional Equities Inc. since 2009 and brings extensive experience managing multifamily and multi-property portfolios. She currently serves as the Property Manager for Orchard Park Apartments and Woods Park Apartments, where she oversees operations, financial performance, marketing, and resident relations while ensuring long-term asset value and stability.

Felicia holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and industry best practices. Her expertise includes budget preparation and compliance, financial analysis, vendor management, leasing and marketing strategy, resident retention, and staff supervision. She is highly skilled in training and developing on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and teamwork.

Known for her strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure, Felicia consistently delivers operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident experiences across her portfolio.

Robert Rives

Chairman & President
Robert Rives founded Professional Equities, Inc. (PEI) in 1969 and is the current chairman and president. His knowledge of the economic underpinnings of multi-family, office and mini-warehouse storage properties plus his decades of experience in real estate management enables PEI to accept multiple on-site engagements and quickly identify the action steps required to bring an asset to market competitiveness.

Rives is a founding member of the Economical Housing Organization, a non-profit group that provides housing for large and/or economically disadvantaged families. He is also a director of Rainbow Village which provides housing and employment opportunity for those with developmental disabilities.

A member of the Home Builders Association of St. Louis, Rives is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
